Heat soaked test is recognized as the effective way to solve the spontaneous breakage of tempered glass.The principle is again tempered glass heated to 290℃±10℃ and heat preservation for a period of time，prompted nickel sulfide complete crystal phase transition of the glass,so that the glass which may happen spontaneous breakage in the future will have breakage in the factory.
It can effectively guarantee that not possible to have spontaneous breakage of the tempered glass.
