1. Good process is an effective way to improve the quality of insulating glass. For the insulating glass industry, the following elements must be possessed to form a good production process. First, continuous production line. 2. The production environment of insulating glass is required. It must be produced in an environment free of dust, solvent pollution and appropriate temperature.
3. With excellent equipment, good production environment and no good management, insulating glass with stable quality and excellent performance can never be made.
4. The selection of qualified supporting materials is the primary condition for the production of qualified insulating glass. It is impossible to produce high performance insulating glass products without qualified supporting materials. Therefore, material selection is a key link. According to the current production status of insulating glass in China, double-channel sealing is the mainstream production technology, and other technologies are in a supplementary position.
