                    Insulated glass is a glass component made of two or more pieces of glass, separated by a certain width of space with an aluminum frame filled with efficient molecular sieve adsorbent, and then sealed with a high strength sealant on the side. Ordinary transparent glass, colored glass, thermal reflection coating glass, Low-E glass, laminated glass, toughened glass, hot bending glass, etc. can be selected as the base of insulated glass according to the needs.

 ◆ Optical performanceAccording to the different properties of composite insulated glass, generally visible light transmittance range is 7%~80%, reflectance is 10%~42%. 
 ◆ Thermal performanceCan effectively reduce the heat transfer coefficient, if filled with inert gas can further reduce the heat transfer coefficient U value. 
 ◆ Sound insulation performanceGenerally, insulated glass can reduce noise by about 30 decibels, and the sound insulation effect of insulated glass can be further improved after filling with inert gas. 
 ◆ Anti-frost performanceNational standards stipulate that the dew point of insulated glass must be lower than -40℃ to ensure that the air layer jue of insulated glass is dry and no condensation.
