The copper-free mirror is a process of plating a layer of specially treated silver film on the surface of high quality float glass by chemical deposition method, and then plating a layer of other special metal film on the silver layer instead of the copper film of the traditional silver mirror as the attachment layer. Finally, two layers of protective paint with different properties are sprayed on the surface of the metal film as the protection treatment. High grade copper-free lead-free mirrors are produced by using lead-free back paint on copper-free mirrors.
